As we all know density is simply a numbers game. Develop a good-looking project while maximizing spatial boundaries in turn maximizing profits. COV Street Towns much like its cousin Bank St. Units is a multi-residential street town project however where it differs is the overall density of the design.
Utilizing 12’-0” units the COV project maximizes the land by gaining 12 units vs. 7 units in the Bank St. project. Divided into 2 separate 6 unit buildings the first takes on a more modern look with accessible rooftop patios nestled under natural wood pergolas while Building 2 incorporates a more contemporary feel through the use of dark Hardie panel, natural wood grain accents, and peaked zero overhang roofs.
