Based on a subtractive design principle the Bank St. units offer a simple, yet clean and concise streetscape presence. The simplicity of each unit’s core design starts with the repetition of glass, stucco, wood, and brick each offering open floor to ceiling glass in the more public spaces such as the family room.
Overall, the intention produces a more formal and sleek design much like that of a sharply tailored bank executive. Bank St. and the COV Street Towns were 2 separate design concepts based on the same property designed to showcase to the developer the difference in using 28’-0” wide units or increasing density by introducing 12’-0” wide units.
