The Creedmont is an amphibious building designed with an emphasis on capturing the surrounding mountain views.

With a main path of travel from land to water, the focus early on became about relating the ramp/bridge composition axis to always be looking at the mountains.

With the bridge and platform conceptually thought of as the oar, the versatile design became dynamic by introducing a new recreational facility for everyday watersports while always paying homage to the environment.
