Situated within a more flat terrain, the Swim Complex developed for Paramount Television is designed with the intention to reveal itself more and more as guests draw closer to the building.

With sweeping exterior cladding that slopes with the ramped secondary entrance access, the building makes an effective statement offering just a glimpse of the aqua activities offered beyond the modern metal exteriors rear corner.

As guests draw closer to the main entrance plaza they discover more of what the facility has to offer as it opens to more and more glazing. With a linear bridge nestled to the side of the building within the raised landscape access to the facility is introduced from several directions.

Within the multi-story complex resides several Olympic-size pools, training facilities as well nutritional guidance offices.
