HL Office Complex

Originally the HL Office Complex was designed for Heartland Productions for Season 13 of the TV Series “Heartland”. Conceived as matching bookends the mixed-use office and entertainment mid rise towers were designed to frame the main streetscape producing a shared open corridor for outdoor dining and entertaining. While the series utilized a dark-themed colour palette the building was re-imagined in 2022. Using a much lighter colour tone paired with a singular building concept the project was relocated to a downtown core area where the building definitely plays the starring role. With wood accents and brick facades, the exterior showcases a modern yet warm and inviting feel.
