The Black Mountain Residence is one of our newest designs located in the hills of Virginia. Heavily influenced by the works of Frank Lloyd Wright the modern prairie style home sits proudly atop its sloped lot overlooking the wonderful lake surroundings offering a glimpse into the fundamental style Wright made so famous so many years earlier.

With true 36” overhangs, dark coloured panels, wood-like-sided walls and Tofino stone base the 5,200 sq ft home offers an open concept design allowing the vast floor to ceiling glazing to showcase the incredible views making any homeowner excited to come home each and every day.
